My husband and 2 kids came in today around 3-30, no one was dining in, we were the only customers, the 2 ladies working, well the one with the short gray hair and glasses was EXTREMELY RUDE! We ordered a dozen donuts to, we started saying what we wanted my husband asked for a particular donut and she goes "can I get you apple fritters first!?" I said I'm sorry we're not trying to rush you, she raised her eyebrows like ya right. She didn't know what they had left, she just kept staring, making it very uncomfortable. We left with an awful first time experience. Hospitality needs improvement. We drove all they way down there from Barberton too. Will not be going to that location ever again. Horrible service.

A dozen assorted donuts from Maria Anne's just cost me $32-dollars. Why? Come on now its donuts. We are just being greedy at this point.

About 2 weeks ago, we were traveling through the area, on our way home. I'm over 3 hrs away from this donut shop. The worker was very nice and patient with us. There are a few bakerys near me, plus a Walmart which has a bakery. None of these come close to the donut I had at Mary Ann donut shop. I had the powder sugar, cream filled, and my husband had the maple with bacon long john. He said his was good, not great. Mine was GREAT! I want one SO bad right now!! Craving one is what led me to Google the shop, which led me to leave a review! Its probably good that there isn't a Mary Ann bakery close to me. I'd be broke and very unhealthy! I really want one! It's almost worth a 3 hr + drive!

Love this cafe-style donut shop. The staff were so kind and accommodated our questions about the donuts and the coffee; since we were visiting from out of town, we didn't know how good the donuts are until we tasted them. We sat at the counter and enjoyed the coffee and donuts with locals who seemed to be happy and comfortable there. The name is of special significance to me and caught my eye as we were driving by the evening before. What a cool spot. Get the maple bacon or the pecan maple donuts. I had to buy a mug with the special name on it to take home with me. This feels like a special place when you walk in and the staff make sure that every person is attended to with kindness. Much appreciated and hope to be back again soon!
